DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

PARTIES

a) This agreement is between SAME TRAVEL GROUP TURİZM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, the operator of the website "antalyaflughafentransfer.net", located at Güzelyurt Mahallesi, Lara Cd. No:39/6, 07112 Aksu/Antalya, phone: +90 532 170 07 26, email: [email protected] (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").

b) All internet users who request services from the Seller via the website "antalyaflughafentransfer.net" (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer").

SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the electronic sale and provision of transfer services offered by the Seller to the Buyer through the website "antalyaflughafentransfer.net" in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

BASIC CHARACTERISTICS AND PRICE OF THE SERVICE

The basic characteristics, content, and price of the service are specified on the website "antalyaflughafentransfer.net". The total price of the service is electronically confirmed by the Buyer during the reservation process.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

4.1. The Buyer may pay the service fee by credit card, bank transfer, or other specified payment methods.

4.2. The service is provided at the date and location specified by the Buyer during the reservation.

4.3. The service is provided in accordance with the transfer details specified during the reservation. The Seller is not responsible for the failure to provide the service due to incorrect information provided by the Buyer during the reservation.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS

5.1. The Buyer may request a cancellation at least 24 hours before the transfer date. In this case, the full service fee will be refunded to the Buyer.

5.2. If a cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the transfer date, 50% of the service fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.

5.3. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after the transfer date.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1. The Seller is obliged to provide the service to the Buyer completely and in accordance with the terms specified in the agreement.

6.2. The Buyer undertakes the accuracy of the information provided during the reservation process and is responsible for any damages arising from incorrect information.

6.3. The Buyer agrees to act in accordance with all legal regulations and rules while using the service.

6.4. In case the Seller is unable to fulfill the service due to force majeure (weather conditions, natural disasters, etc.), the Seller is obliged to inform the Buyer and, depending on the Buyer's request, either provide a new service or refund the fee.

PRIVACY

The Seller processes and protects the personal data shared by the Buyer during the reservation process in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the Buyer's consent.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes arising from this agreement, Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.

ENFORCEMENT

The Buyer's reservation through the website "antalyaflughafentransfer.net" means that they accept all the terms specified in this agreement. The agreement enters into force on the date the Buyer completes the reservation.
