By making a booking through our website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and that you have the legal authority and capacity to accept them on behalf of yourself and all members of your party. This means you are responsible for making all payments, notifying us of any changes or cancellations, receiving confirmations, and communicating all relevant details to your party.

THE CONTRACT

AntalyaFlughafenTransfer.net acts as an agent on behalf of the transportation service provider (hereinafter referred to as the “Supplier”). These Terms set out the basis on which we process your booking for the transportation services listed on our website.

All services offered by us do not constitute a direct offer of sale, but rather an invitation to make an offer to the Supplier. We may accept or decline your offer on behalf of the Supplier. If accepted, a contract will be formed between you and the Supplier.

By proceeding with your booking, you agree to be bound by the Supplier’s terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they contain important information. Copies are available from us upon request.

Your contract is with the Supplier, and their name and contact information will be provided in the confirmation receipt we send you. Our role is strictly limited to facilitating the agreement between you and the Supplier. As an agent, we accept no responsibility for the actual delivery of the services provided by the Supplier.

The transportation services listed on our website do not constitute a "package" under the EU Package Travel Directive 1990 or any corresponding local legislation implementing this directive in your country of residence. Even if you book multiple services simultaneously, each booking is treated as a separate contract between you and the Supplier.

ONLINE BOOKING PROCEDURE

Various transportation services are available to book through our website. By completing the service booking form, you are submitting a request to purchase transportation services. This form requires you to provide and confirm specific details, which we then forward to the Supplier. Please check all names, dates, and times carefully before confirming, and notify us immediately of any errors.

By providing your payment card details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the card and that we may charge it immediately for the full value of the services on behalf of the Supplier.

Once we receive your booking request and payment, we will send you an email confirming receipt of payment on behalf of the Supplier. This email is not a confirmation of your booking. A binding contract between you and the Supplier comes into effect only when we send you a booking confirmation by email. The date on the confirmation email will be the effective date of the contract.

CANCELLATION, AMENDMENT, AND REFUND POLICY

More than 24 hours before the service begins:
You will receive a 100% refund of the total amount paid.

Between 12–24 hours before the service begins:
You will receive a 75% refund of the total amount paid.

Between 1–12 hours before the service begins:
You will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

Less than 1 hour before the service or no-show:
No refund will be issued.
However, a 50% discount will be applied to your next one-way transfer if you mention your previous cancelled booking in the "Notes" section of your new request.
